Superior Ambulance began operations on November 3, 1996 with 2 ambulances, one station and a staff of 10 to serve the Grove City area. The first station was a remodeled office trailer. A new Grove City station was constructed in 1998 at the same location on East Main Street. The Mercer Station was opened in 1999 to provide quicker response to the out lying areas. Today Superior’s fleet consists of 7 ambulances, 5 wheelchair vans and 2 four-wheel drive response vehicles.
Superior Ambulance operates out of one of the most advanced Pre-Hospital Care Facility in the area. Superior operates its own communications center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and may be reached by dialing 724-458-5350. For more contact information please view the contact page.
